NKHS is seeking a recruiter to research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, an outgoing personality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to take initiative. Opportunity to use writing skills and creativity in planning advertising and events. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required. At least two years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred. SHRM's Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus. Responsibilities: Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process. Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria. Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization. Responsible for job posting and advertisement processes, as well as maintenance of job postings on college and other external job boards utilized by the Agency. Collaborates as needed with Agency Director of Communications and Community Engagement on employment and/or employee engagement related events and marketing. Screens applications and selects qualified candidates. Provides consultation to hiring managers on the interview process, if needed, which may include assisting with preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. Collaborates with the hiring manager and the director of human resources during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, generating offer letters, and other pertinent details. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. Attends and participates in relevant community job fairs, college job fairs and recruiting sessions. Organizes on-site recruiting events. Is the point of contact for clinical and other internship requests, and acts as HR liaison to clinical departments to coordinate internships. Coordinates tuition reimbursement and loan repayment according to established program policies and guidelines. Keeps the HRIS recruitment module up to date and provides training to hiring managers on its use. Produces quarterly HR reports relating to hiring and turnover.
